Recording Artists-Submit Song(s)

Progue Fashion International Digital Magazine is allowing Songwriters to submit their songs to be featured in our Progue Fashion International Digital Magazine! Please keep in mind, this is a competition, and you are able to submit as many songs as you would like. For submission, your song(s) would need to be in Mp3 format. We are seeking all genre of songs. Your song (s) can be featured in the next "Copy" of our Magazine, the Nov-December 2025 "Issue". Please understand, this is not a free opportunity, there is a submission fee of $75.00 to submit each song. Please keep in mind if you want a photo of yourself as the Songwriter in the Magazine after paying the submission fee, you would need to submit a high-resolution photo of at least 1080p, preferably 4K. It would need to be submitted via WeTransfer.com.  It cannot be a photo that you've downloaded and viewed; it MUST come directly from your photographer or from the person who took the photo.   Please do not submit the photo unless you've paid the $75.00 submission fee to enter the contest.  Please understand, it is our discretion whether we will feature your photo in our Magazine.  If the photo does not meet our standards, we will not feature it in our Magazine, if you are the "Winner" of the contest.  You understand that it is also our  discretion which Songwriter's song we will select to be featured/played in our Magazine. You understand that it is your responsibility to copyright your song(s) if you are the Owner of the song(s) if you choose to have it/them copyright. We will not copyright your song(s), nor is it our responsibility to copyright your song(s). Also, please understand, the burden is on you to prove that you own the song(s) you submit to us. You MUST be the Owner of all song(s) you submit to us, not just the Artist singing the song. You MUST be able to prove that you are the Owner of any song(s) you submit to us. Please understand, you will not receive any monetary payment whatsoever for us featuring/using/playing your song(s) in our Magazine. This opportunity is strictly for exposure. It is your responsibility to register your song(s) with Performing Rights Organizations/Platforms such as Ascap, BMI or any other Performing Rights/Publishing Rights Platform (if you choose to do so). We DO NOT register your song(s) with any platform/organizations nor do we collect royalties/payments for you.  We DO NOT guarantee that you will receive royalties/payments from Ascap, BMI or any other Performance Rights/Publishing Rights Platforms/Organizations. If you are the "Winner" of the contest, and your song(s) are selected, you agree to provide us an irrevocable license/permission to feature/play your song(s) perpetually if we choose to do so, without any monetary payment from us and without any legal ramification. You agree not to execute any equitable remedy against us, our companies, Progue Fashion, Progue Fashion International Digital Magazine, F.A.I.T.H. Productions, Inc, Epitome Productions or Faith Diggs, etc. You agree and understand that the Magazine is an International Digital Magazine, and it is not a physical Magazine. You understand that this "Wording"  is also represented as Our "Terms and Agreement" for song submissions. You understand that by submitting your song(s) and paying the submission fee, you allow us permission to use your song. You also understand that there are no refunds whatsoever for any submission fees or payments made to us.
